The advance amount to pay can be decided by you. The amount may also depend on the kinds of services, you are going to avail. Flightshopee.com offers a safe transaction process and ensures you that your personal security codes will not be revealed in worst cases also.
For international advance payments, you can use Bank / Wire Transfer and transfer amount into our bank account together with the additional charges levied by the banks. We also accept Bank Drafts, Cheque and cash in exceptional cases.

Amendment and Cancellation policy
We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.
Amendment charges on Flightshopee.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
You can also do the amendments by directly calling to the Airline’s Call Center.
In case of cancellation, various charges are implementable depending upon the nature of services to be canceled.
You can cancel domestic & international flight tickets online through log in to Flightshopee.com Cancellation charges of the flight tickets may vary as per the policies the airlines. Apart from the airline’s cancellation charges, flightshopee.com levies negligible amount of Rs 250 per passenger/per sector for domestic and Rs 750 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.
In case of special fares and other specific situations, fares are non-refundable.
Fare refund policies are subject to change as per the airline’s policies.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancellation request.
Flight tickets cancellation charges vary as per the cancellation and refund policy of the particular airlines. Therefore, before booking tickets, understand the terms and conditions of airlines.
Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages:
- For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
These cancellation charges are subject to vary as per the season or other conditions.
Refund:
It is essential to contact Flightshopee.com for all kinds of refunds if booking is done through it. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in your account. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made on the same credit card only. Refund process can take duration of maximum 4-5 working days due to banking procedures. In case of Net Banking, it may take 10-15 working days.
Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.
No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the transaction charges.
Refunds against the Cancellation of Hotel Reservation:
Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotels, we only charge a negligible amount of 5% on Domestic & International Hotels as cancellation service charge on total cost of rooms.
Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes
We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra.
If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
Passport Information:-
Passport details are mandatory for e - ticket issuance to Europe, USA and Canada.A few airlines flying to these countries also require passport details for issuing the e-ticket. Refer below to check the list of such airlines:
